You don't say what you are interested in studying, so here is my general response:
Go their main website http://www.harvard.edu and click on the link for "Admissions and Financial Aid" (http://www.harvard.edu/admissions/#grad ) once you select the program that you are interested in (Arts, Design, Law, and so on) you will be directed to a page that will, invariably, have a link called "Financial Aid." Each of their post-graduate programs will have difference costs and different policies, so you need to find the one specific to your area of study. It is well known that Harvard has chosen to award their aid based primarily on financial need. Take a look at their application, call or email one of their Financial Aid Officers and see if you qualify. Sometimes the only way to find out is to ask!!
